The only way to describe them is, The best of the best. I'm on my second bike from gowanda, I've purchased apperal, parts, bike care products, and also had service work done at gowanda harley. These people are great! Not just because you spend money there, I have friends who bought bikes from other dealers ( shame on them ) or from private owners, they went to gowanda harley for parts or service, when they got there the wonderful staff went out of their ways to help their individual needs in a very personal way. Gowanda harley treats all their customers that way. You don't only go to gowanda harley for bikes, parts and service, you go to visit and talk with your friends there, because that's what the owners and staff at gowanda harley are your friends. They make you feel like part of the family. Thats what makes them the best of the best!

EVERY dealership i've ever been to for service has been a problem, not going into detail, so I bought the service/shop manual for my bike and been wrenching on it since, going on 16 yrs.... she runs great and all the work is done to my exacting standards by someone I know and trust... me
